Once you use any paid feature or subscription benefit, the subscription payment becomes non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, submitting a generation task, consuming credits, downloading paid output, or otherwise accessing paid service capacity.

No Subscription Refund After the Purchase Day

Refund requests submitted after the calendar day of purchase are not eligible for a subscription refund, even if the subscription has not been used, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method when possible. Refund timing depends on the payment provider, card issuer, bank, or payment account provider.
